Anika has a bachelors in Criminal Justice from Florida A & M University, a masters degree in Psychology from Capella University and is currently pursuing her doctorate in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Capella University. She is the founder of ImfluaXion Conference Series, previously titled Women of Impact Conference Series,a business leadership conference for women. She is the host of the Your Voice: Your Power with Anika podcast launched in 2018, with over 10K committed listeners, sharing the passionate stories of entrepreneurial journeys from around the world. Infinite Women’s Network is her latest initiative, an online international women’s alliance providing an online community for women on the rise offering support, education, and resources for the advancement of women in all sectors. Her vision to help others heal, deal, and grow resonates in all of her endeavors.

Anika is also the co-owner of NBG Home Solutions, a real estate investment agency revitalizing homes in Alabama, Florida & Hawaii. Anika prides herself in creativity, freedom and healing. She loves to serve her community, and spend time with her family. She is the proud military spouse of an active duty service-member and a mother of 3 beautiful children.
